Individual psychotherapy is a unique opportunity to explore and compassionately examine the many parts that make up our beings. Perhaps you are considering seeking therapy because you feel stuck in a pattern of behaviors or feelings. You may know the version of yourself you strive to be, yet you find yourself unable to sustain the change you desire. Oftentimes, there are parts of ourselves that we feel at odds with that underlie our feeling stuck. My approach as a therapist is to help you uncover the origins of these parts. Together, we can get clear on your emotions and on what you’re most wanting out of life. We will formulate a plan in our work to help you feel confident and capable of living the life you most desire.
In my work with individuals, I provide a safe space where you can explore the concerns that are most important to you. I will assist you in fostering insights and in creating new experiences in order to help you meet your goals.
